AIE has a broad and sophisticated configuration of heavy machining equipment and lifting capacity that will handle most needs.
Component Manufacturing
If equipment is old and parts are hard to find AIE can create new parts or entire pieces of equipment, and even improve original designs and functionality by using more modern materials. Talk to the engineers at AIE who look for ways to improve the equipment you have.

Balancing
Two computerised dynamic balancing machines enable AIE to balance a wide range of items from small electric motors to large industrial fans, rotors and rolls. The machines have a variety of pedestal configurations to cater for a wide range of jobs.
Heat Treatment Services
We provide Post Weld Heat Treatment (PWHT), stress relieving and thermal expansion fitting, carried out in accordance with ASME codes with calibrated monitoring for precision and traceability.
Allied Technical Services
The Allied Technical Services (ATS) division offers specialty services for condition monitoring of in-service equipment, analysis of faults, and corrective works.
